- Description
- The purpose of this solicitation is to procure grounds maintenance services for North Chesterfield, VA049 at the following location:� Col. Ernest H. Dervishian USARC, 6700 Strathmore Road, Richmond, VA049 23237-1167.� The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations.� Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and corresponding MAP of the location.
