SLIDES NOW POSTED Key Upcoming Dates: February 26, 2024 from 1:00 PM � 2:00 PM Eastern Time: Industry Day March 1, 2024 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time: deadline for submission of new makes/models March 1, 2024 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time: deadline for submission of AutoVendor form March 25, 2024 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time: AutoStandards Opening Under Solicitation Number 47QMCA22R0013 for the 2023 Medium & Heavy Duty Trucks and Wreckers & Carriers (MHWC) Program, GSA is anticipating the first Open Season period to open in AutoBid on September 3, 2024. The purpose of the Open Season period is for existing contractors to provide new model year (NMY) pricing on awarded line items, as well as for existing contractors or new interested offerors to propose new models under the Program. All models must comply with the 2025 Federal Vehicle Standards, which will be available prior to Industry Day at this link: https://vehiclestd.fas.gsa.gov/. To prepare for the first Open Season period, GSA is preparing to open AutoStandards on March 25, 2024 for the second time since initial contract awards. The anticipated closing date for the first round is April 29, 2024. A second AutoStandards period is anticipated to take place from July 1, 2024 to August 9, 2024. Please note that if you do not participate in the AutoStandards process, you may have nothing to bid on during the Open Season period! GSA will hold a virtual Industry Day on Monday, February 26, 2024 from 1:00 PM � 2:00 PM Eastern Time to go over the AutoStandards and Open Season processes. All interested parties should attend. The subject of that correspondence should read �47QMCA22R0013 - 2023 MHWC Program MY2025 Open Season Makes/Models.� All new offerors, including existing contract holders requiring updates to their account, are required to request a new AutoVendor account or an update to their current account no later than Friday, March 1, 2024 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time by submitting the attached �Request for AutoVendor Account� document, complete with all necessary information, to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov. The subject of that correspondence should read �47QMCA22R0013 - 2023 MHWC Program MY2025 Request for AutoVendor Account.� To clarify, AutoVendor forms are required for: New Offerors Existing Vendors if they need to make any updates (such as delete or add a user or update contact information) The first AutoStandards period is anticipated to open on March 25, 2024 for all parties who properly request or already hold an AutoVendor account.
