Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Procurement Services Staff (PSS), on behalf of the Civil Rights Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Patty Lee Evans to continue providing Human Resources (HR) services to the Civil Rights Division. �The purchase order will be awarded under the auspices of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization). �It is in the government�s best interest to issue a follow-on purchase order to Patty Lee Evans so as not to disrupt the on-going, critical HR support that this company is providing for complex SL and SES classification services.� This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for information or whether additional vendors have the capability to perform this service. No solicitation document is available. �A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive requirement.
