- Description
- This is a Solicitation for total set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any other information that is submitted by a contractor that is not Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business will not be considered.� The Ohio Army National Guard has a requirement for Field Engineer Services at Camp James A Garfield Ravenna, Ohio. This contract will have a base year and 4-12 month Option periods.� It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offerer to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory past performance, capabilities, and reasonable price. Failure to submit sufficient information for may result in the rejection of your proposal. An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)), of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.� If you are not registered in SAM, an award cannot be made to your company. You may register electronically at http:/ /www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Alan J.
