Description
The Army Contracting Command (ACC)-New Jersey Fort Dix, Warfighter Support Center, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Job Order Contracts (JOC) in support of the 99th Readiness Division. This requirement will be restricted to 8(a) businesses on a competitive basis. This will be a five (5) year multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity Job Order Contract. It is anticipated that up to nine (9) contracts will be awarded. The estimated magnitude of this requirement is more than $39,000,000.00. Each construction project will be awarded as an individual task order issued against the basic contract, specifying real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and/or new construction. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and strategic planning necessary to accomplish the work. The Contractor shall provide sufficient technical support and project management to assure quality, accuracy of estimates, accommodate a number of concurrent ""active"" projects, provide flexibility of design staff and subcontractor pool to handle rapid increases in work volume, perform according to schedule (including completion on time), and process submittals and payrolls in a timely manner. The location of the work will be at reserve facilities located in Massachusetts, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and New Hampshire. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, ""Commercial and Institutional Building Construction"", with a small business size standard of $45M. It has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the Massachusetts, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and New Hampshire, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive areas and the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) Business Development Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Release Date: The anticipated posting date of the RFP is on/or about 01 JUL 2024. This RFP will be posted via the Procurement Integrated Enteprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitiation Module. All RFPs shall be submitted via this Solicitation module.
