Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.� The Government intends to solicit with Phillips Corporation for one (1) �Haas manufactured TM-1P 3-axis mill with high speed machining, 64GB expanded memory, and 8 M-codes, described herein. The NAICS code is 333248 and the Small Business Standard is 750 employees
