All responsible businesses, including small businesses, are encouraged to respond to this notice. �The information requested by this notice will be used within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside the agency. �The DEA will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. �Unsolicited proposals or offers of any kind will not be considered in response to this notice. �All information received in response to this notice that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. �Responses to this notice will not be returned. � The DEA Aviation Division is seeking information from potential sources who are capable of providing repair and installation of evidence shelving units, utilized for storage (temporary and long termed) of evidentiary boxes and heat-sealed evidence envelopes. This project will allow 6 evidence specialists to move the pallet racks and movable shelves with ease, while still facilitating an environment where the staff can move about the vault space in forklifts for the purpose of moving evidence boxes, pallets, and bins containing heat sealed evidence envelopes in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). �At this time, questions concerning the composition and requirements for a future solicitation, as well as those regarding the nature of the on-site repair services and installation of shelving units to be provided will not be accepted. �E-mail responses to this sources sought notice to Contracting Officer Angel Barkley by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 5, 2024. � REQUIREMENTS � � The DEA Aviation Division is seeking information from potential sources to provide on-site repair and installation of evidence shelving units. � RESPONSES � � Interested vendors who believe it possesses the necessary capabilities to meet the on-site repair and installation of evidence shelving units requirements identified herein should submit a technical description of their capabilities. �Interested vendors' capability statement responses shall include, but not limited to: technical capability, description, and relevant past performance. The DEA will evaluate market information � including responses received in regards to this posting � to determine the potential market capacity to: ��� �Provide on-site repair and installation of evidence shelving units consistent with the existing scope with those described herein and otherwise noted in the attached SOW. Interested vendors shall also include any comments or questions in regards to the on-site repair services and installation of shelving units.
