- LAKE - ECHO BAY BARGE BREAKWATER PROJECT The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to have a contractor to install a new breakwater and wave attenuator system to the water intake barge located at Echo Bay. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237990 with a size standard of $45 Mil. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project is anticipated to be solicitated as a 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Place of performance will be Lake Mead, NV. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
