Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: San Antonio Delineated Area: North: Hwy 90 East: Hwy 37/281 South: Hwy 410 West: S. Flores Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,400 Space Type: Office, Lab, Warehouse (Light Industrial), Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 47 Parking Spaces (Secured in Wareyard): 41 Parking Spaces (Secured and Covered in Wareyard): 6 Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Additional Requirements: 6,000 ABOA SF Warehouse Space. 7,400 ABOA SF Light Industrial Warehouse Space. Must be accessible for vehicle entry (ground level or ramp). Ceiling must be a minimum of 14� clear. Load capacity must be a minimum of 1,000 lbs per sf. Secured parking/wareyard must be able to accommodate deliveries from tractor trailer trucks. Offered buildings must have ability to provide fiber optics or a minimum of 100 mbps dedicated line capabilities. Offered buildings must allow for 24-hour access to the space and parking. Build to suit developments will not be considered. Offered buildings are subject to a Security Assessment. Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) Package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
