Any potential sources other than CareFusion Solutions, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Christopher Whipple, Contract Specialist at christopher.whipple@va.gov by August 29th, 2024, at 2 P.M. PST. Firms who want to challenge the single source must show clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the services, and that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
