QA Response posted-08/15/2024 Please see QA Response and refer to RFQ Solicitation and Brand Name Justification.� All Quotes are due 08/20/2024 at 1pm. No late submissions will be accepted.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70092111 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Peake Tactical Blend Gateway System.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 effective July 30, 2024.� This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications-Equipment Manufacturing PSC Code DG0-IT and Telecom-Network Support Services (Labor). The anticipated Period of Performance will be 09/28/2024 to 09/27/2026.� The Government intends to award a Base plus One (1) option year contract from this solicitation and Total Small Business set-aside.
