- FY24 LENEL-MILESTONE Upgrade Pre-Solicitation Notice This contract action is being conducted pursuant to the procedures at FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) agency requirements. Therefore, pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.202(a)(6) and 16.505(a)(1), this contract action is exempt from synopsizing requirements. However, to increase transparency of NAWCTSD requirements and increase opportunities for subcontracting, notice of this opportunity is being provided. NAWCTSD intends to contract sole source to Security 101 Holdings, LLC, DBA Security 101, 12001 Science Drive, Suite 135, Orlando, FL 32826 for this procurement. Description of Requirement Install and program 04 Intelligent Dual Reader Controllers (LNL-X4420) Install and program 01 Dual Reader Interface Module (LNL-1320-S3) Provide 60 Allegion MTB15 readers (CP5655-MSH01-HPI54) Provide 32 SIGNO 40 PIV BLK/SLVR PIG (40HNKS-03-0004XR) Provide 42 SIGNO 40K PIV BLK/SLVR PIG (40KHNKS-03-0004XR) Provide 50 Dual Reader Interface Modules (LNL-1320-S3) Provide 50 five-year Care Premium for XProtect Expert Device License (MCPR-Y5XPETDL) Provide 01 five-year Care Premium for XProtect Expert Base License (MCPR-Y5XPETBL) Provide 04 SUSP-PRO-TR-2, 124 SUSP-DV, Lenel OnGuard Renewal IAW Proposal # 228126.2 Provide compatible upgrades, installation, and service required to maintain the system in an organized and professional manner: Install most current version of MIELSTONE and LENEL Onguard Software on NAVAIR provided Server, Terminals, and Connect and Configure 50 existing IP cameras. Upgrade MILESTONE Client software on officer workstation in bubble/dispatch to (XProtect VMS 2023 R3) or most current version. Provide MILESTONE Server and Client software information and installation media to NAWCTSD for cyber troubleshooting, to include admin/account credentials. Train and test with NAWCTSD personnel for full functionality and sign-off. Provide installation within the deadline of 20 SEP 2024.
