Description
Question and Response from Vendors Q: Will there be a site visit to the Crown Point, In. location listed in the SOW? A: Yes, an additional site visit for this location will be held on Tuesday 8/20/24 at 10:00 AM local time. Q: The frequency of testing the Automatic Transfer Switches, it is just annually between 10/1 to 11/30? A: Yes, one time annually Q: Can you provide the kW size and make of each generator? A: See attached spreadsheet for available information Q: If we find a bad part listed in section 3.2, is the awardee responsible for replacing those parts financially? A: No, this contract is for maintenance only. For any repairs the Vendor will need to notify the COR and may be asked to submit a quote. Q: Also, if coolant loss or oil loss due to parts failure is the awardee responsible financially for that liquid loss? A: No, this contract is for maintenance only. If the system is low due to a broken part, that would not be covered as we would need the part repaired to stop the fluid loss. For any repairs the Vendor will need to notify the COR and may be asked to submit a quote. Q: Take Oil/Coolant/Fuel samples only during annual, once a year? A: Yes, one time annually Q: For the line diagram, what is the definition of Distribution Panels for the line diagram? A: A distribution panel, also known as a distribution board or breaker panel, serves as the central hub for electrical distribution within a building. Q: What format do they want the line diagram in? (PDF, etc) A: Electronically in .pdf format Q: Is there a list of components not included in the contract? A: No, there is not a good listing of components available. The intention of CLIN 0001 is to identify and develop such information. Q: What is/are the Accessory Panel(s) ? A: Accessory panels are any subpanel, disconnect, junction box, etc. The intent of CLIN 0001 is to identify and develop such information. Q: Please define Breaker Control Switch(s) A: Circuit Breaker Control Switches control the operation of an industrial circuit breaker. Q: Is there a known amount of Breaker Control Switch(s)? A: No, there is not a good listing of components available. The intention of CLIN 0001 is to identify and develop such information. Q: How many ATS s control animal lab area(s)? A: There is not a good listing of components available. The intention of CLIN 0001 is to identify and develop such information.
