- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following:� FS5 Steady State Spectrometer System with Installation & Training 1 LOT This requirement is sole sourced to Techcomp USA Inc.- Edinburgh Instruments, 11840 West Market Place: Suite K and L, Fulton, MD 20759. Only this fluorimeter combines high-sensitivity quantum yield and lifetime analysis capabilities that is required, while also compatible with current building power and space requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing they can provide the products fulfilling the requirements, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0243 and must provide a capability statement that clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency respond to Andrea Farrell by email at: andrea.m.farrell7.civ@us.navy.mil � � All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. �� Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. �It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
