- Description
- The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston SC has a requirement for Two (2) Olympus DP75 or Equal Digital Cameras and assorted accessories.� This requirement is broken down into two (2) line items which are for two separate NOAA Science Branches. Quotes shall be FOB destination. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on a lowest price, technical acceptable basis.� �Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote.� This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 Employees. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Include the place of manufacture of all quoted products Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on September 2, 2024; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the Technical Approach and Capability, Past Performance and Price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov .� There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government.� Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. The anticipated award date is on or about September 30, 2024 or sooner The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
