Description: This acquistion is to upgrade the current Emergency Management Control System on Malmstrom Air Force Base by replacing 28 JACE 9000's, upgrading the software on 38 JACE 9000's, and ensuring all Niagara Framework components are upgraded from N4 v3.8 to v4.13 or better. This requirement includes 20 hours of classroom training on the updated hardware and software.�
