Description: 8-22-24 -� Amendment issued to extend Due date to 08-26-24, 05:00PM est. The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to secure the services of one (1) contractor to provide a Patient Care Component (PCC) training for Community Health Representatives (CHR), that support the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) CHR PCC system.
