This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, located in Pollock, Louisiana intends to make a single award of firm-fixed price type contract to a responsible entity for the provision under this request for quote (RFQ) 15B51924Q00000013 for Education/School Greenhouse Kit.� This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for total small business entities under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS), 332311, with a size standard of Total Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 750 employees.� Quotes will be considered from only those meeting these standards and shall contain all cost associated with product and delivery.
