- The 177th Operations Group, Warren Grove Range, Det 1, 150 Bombing Range Road, Barnegat, NJ 08005 has a requirement for approximately $25,000 of clean fill dirt material delivered to the above address. Contract price shall not exceed $25,000.00. The intent of this acquisition is to have the maximum amount of clean fill dirt material delivered to Warren Grove Range for $25,000.00 to allow for aerial target and Range property maintenance. GENERAL INFORMATION Solicitation W50S8F-24-Q-A020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes shall be valid for 60 days from the date of solicitation closing. Please include expiration This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 23320 Gravel, construction, merchant wholesalers. The size standard is up to 150 employees. The contractor shall provide & deliver clean fill dirt material in accordance with Attachment 01 - Technical Requirements document and any supporting attachments. The intended contract vehicle will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF QUOTES Quotes are due no later than the date and time as specified on www.SAM.gov. The offeror shall ensure the quote submitted is received by the 177FW NJANG Contracting Office no later than the due date and time specified in the solicitation. Quotes shall be emailed to the address below. Quotes sent to any other email will not be answered. Quotes will be evaluated for conformance with the requirements of this solicitation and posted Technical Requirements. The government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the Best Value to the Government in: 1. Meeting the Technical Requirements as detailed in Attachment 01 to the Solicitation. 2. Price Streamlined Evaluation of Offers, in accordance with FAR 12.602; Evaluation of Quotations & Offers, FAR 13.106-2; and the Trade-Off Process, FAR 15.101 will be used by the Government to evaluate the offeror quotes. Technical Capability & Price will be approximately equal to Price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FORMAL COMMUNICATION & OFFEROR EXPLANATIONS Submit all Requests for Information (RFI) in the format shown below by email to the Contracting Office. All questions must be submitted through the Contracting Office. All RFI must be received by the Government no later than 08 August 2024 by close of business. Solicitation RFI received after this date and time will not be answered. A record of the RFI asked at the site visit and via email will be posted on www.SAM.gov under this solicitation. The record will include RFI (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. Offerors are required to submit RFI early in the solicitation process via email using the following format.
