- Amendment 2: Updated contact info Amendment 1: Added Appendix 1 REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) Instructions Complete and submit the attached Appendix 1 with your quote.�Quotes submitted without Appendix 1 will�NOT�be considered. Please ensure that you have read the entire RFQ prior to submitting your quote. Your quote shall be in full compliance with the instructions in this RFQ. The quote shall be valid for a minimum of 30 Calendar days. The award of this RFQ is anticipated to be on or about: August 30, 2024. This is not a brand name requirement. By responding to this RFQ, the Offeror agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein and agrees to all terms, conditions, and provisions. Salient Characteristics: a) Secure Storage: The cart is equipped with lockable front and back doors to prevent theft, damage, and tampering. This ensures that devices remain safe and secure when not in use. b) Ample Capacity: With a capacity of 36 to 46 ports, the cart can accommodate a large number of tablets (iPad 10th Gen) and USB-powered devices with screen sizes up to 14 inches. c) Versatile Charging: The cart supports charging via USB-C and USB-A ports, providing compatibility with a wide range of devices. d) Built-in Plug Outlets: In addition to USB ports, the cart features built-in plug outlets, allowing for convenient charging of devices that require traditional power sources. e) Simultaneous Charging: The cart is designed to avoid potential overloads and can charge multiple devices simultaneously, ensuring efficient and reliable charging for all connected devices. f) Cord Management: Integrated cord management systems help keep cables organized and prevent tangling, making it easy to connect and disconnect devices. g) Ethernet Connectivity: The cart allows for the connection of external Ethernet equipment, such as wireless hotspots, inside the cabinet, providing flexible networking options. h) Mobility: Built-in wheels at the base of the cart enable easy movement between different locations, allowing for flexibility in deployment and usage. i) Assembly: No assembly needed upon delivery. j) Color: Black and/or neutral. k) Warranty: Standard manufacturer warranty: at least 1 year Delivery Date:�No Later Than September 25, 2024 Delivery Location: 6883 IVY RD BLDG 9057 SALIE WAREHOUSE COMPLEX INSTALLATION SUPPLY & SERVICES ACTIVITY (ISSA) KELLIE HILL FORT MOORE, GA, 31905, US Quantity:�72 Evaluation For evaluation purposes, the Government will evaluate quotes in response to this RFQ and will issue a delivery order to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to this request and technical requirements, will be most advantageous to the Government considering lowest price.
