THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION This is a Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote. It does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for the solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not reimburse any costs for preparing responses. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only. The Government wishes to partner with industry and make appropriate acquisition decisions. Also, to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classifications in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811111 Automotive fleet repair and maintenance services, size standard of $ 9 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested vendors to potentially provide a service for Emergency Management Mobile Assets Preventative Maintenance Program. This program also includes the possibility for routine repair and On- Call Emergency repair services for the Orlando VA Healthcare system as well as the VISN 8 Area of responsibility. Interested and Qualified Vendors are asked to review all attachments and provide feedback on the following questions: Is your company licensed to operate in Florida? What is your technical approach to accomplish the requirements of the Emergency Management Mobile Assets Preventative Maintenance Program? What, if any, are the industry specific standards required to accomplish an Emergency Management Mobile Assets Preventative Maintenance Program? How will your company/firm accomplish the Routine Repair services and On Call Emergency Repair Services? Please provide your input on what else is required to accomplish the service that is not listed in Attachment A. Is the suggested NAICS Code the most appropriate. If not, please suggest alternative(s)? We would like to invite all interested parties to a Virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference to discuss this requirement and submit your ideas to the stakeholders in the project. If you are able to attend, RSVP a list of the attendees to the email address below (a minimum of two) before September 3rd, 2024, by 12:00 P.M. EDT. and you will receive the MS teams invite before 4:00 p.m. EDT on September 3rd, 2024. If you are unable to attend, please complete the RFI / Sources Sought Response form provided (See Attachment B) The Virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Thursday September 5th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. EDT. Also, with your response: Provide verification that your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contracts for the exact requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. Vendors may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, SAM UEI Number, Socio-Economic Category (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.), and capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. To be eligible for an award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home.
