The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS code 541330. Nothing provided in response to the below topics/areas of interest should be construed as a promise of future funded efforts. Participation is strictly voluntary and the Department of the Air Force will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred due to participation. Nothing shared as a response to the below topics should be construed as a guarantee of future work or as direction to modify an existing contract. Only an authorized contracting officer acting within scope of authority may bind the Government. Please be advised that information provided in response to the topics below are not private and should not contain proprietary information. Information received in response to areas of interest may be made publicly available and should thus not contain classified information nor be proprietary in nature. 771ST Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (771 ESS) at Wright-Patterson AFB is seeking sources to provide Instructors and administer type training courses in accordance with applicable AF, MAJCOM, AFCEC, Contingency Training Sites instructions, manuals, regulations, plans, technical orders, CE playbooks, and AFFORGEN requirements. A brief description of the performance objective is below: The scope of this contract will be to provide instructors with five (5) years of experience in a Civil Engineering trade or equivalent: Electrical Systems (i.e.� Electrician); Electrical Power Production (i.e. Electrician, Generator Specialty); Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (i.e.� HVAC technician); Pavements and Construction Equipment (i.e.� Heavy equipment operator); Structural (i.e.� Carpenter and mason); Water and Fuel Systems Maintenance (WFSM); or Operations Management to provide in-person training support to the AFCEC contingency training program at different locations CONUS (Continental United States), and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United Sates). The instructor shall support the training location with training based out of the appropriate Career Field Education and Training Program (CFETP).� The Contractor may be required to instruct additional training courses from various Civil Engineer specialties. **These performance objectives are for example only to allow contractors to have a basic idea of this requirement. A final Performance Work Statement will accompany the solicitation in the future with the total requirements for this service. ** Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 541330 �Engineering Services,� Small Business size standard of $25.5M and must respond to the following questions: Is your business a large or small business? If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and is your firm certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? Is your firm a certified ""HubZone"" firm? Is your firm a Woman-Owned or operated business? Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and Veteran-Owned? Does your firm perform background checks? Does your firm have a quality assurance plan in place? What quality assurance methods and quality standards does your firm use? Do you currently have a Government contract? Interested businesses are requested to submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC) demonstrating: Ability to manage the services, description of past performance on previous contracts, dollar value of each contract, number of employees for each, the types and range of skills of employees for each and point of contact and telephone number of the Contracting activity for each contract. A capability statement, including summary of relevant performance history (with points of contact and applicable telephone numbers, FAX numbers, addresses and email addresses, if available) within the past three years. *Note � Please adhere to a page limit of 5 pages and do not imbed additional documents or link pages that contain the information being requested.
