- Description
- Customer response to vendor questions; also see updated SOW Regarding 4.1.9 and 4. 10. 4.1.7 On-Call Repairs: In the event of a system failure, which may not constitute an emergency, the Contractor shall be on site to perform on-call repair service within four (4) hours of notification as provided by VARONOL. 4.1.8 Emergency Repairs: The Contractor shall be on site to perform emergency repairs within four (4) hours of receiving a call from VARONOL. For this we would like a 4-hour response time for 4.1.7; this is fine for ordinary maintenance issues or breakdowns; however. 4.1.8 emergency repair we need this to be a 1-hour response time. In the event of an emergency, it is not feasible for a 4 hour wait time in the event of an emergency this will shut down the RO operations for a whole day possibly and for this reason we would like the response times for emergencies to remain at 1 hour. Regarding the RFQ # 36C10D24Q0271 Liebert Challenger 300 PM RFI 4.19 does not cover 4.10 in the requirement. Section 4.10 is designed to be a safeguard for 4.19.
