Description: The U.S. Embassy Consulate in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to SUPERIOR ACCESS SOLUTIONS INC for the Haivision enterprise media platform for video encoding technology to help transmit low-latency video over OpenNet to US Embassy Mexico and its outlying Consulates. Given that Superior Access Solutions Inc is Haivision�s only Reseller for State Department�s video applications, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government�s best interest to sole source this requirement.
