- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP FLC) Puget Sound intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN that meets the specifications outlined below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N0040624Q1036. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 08/15/2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 811210 and the small business size standard is $34M. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as a Small Business Set-Aside. See Brand Name Justification attached. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. Interested AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. DOCUMENTATION SUPPORTING AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN from the OEM is required to be submitted with quotes. This posting is a request for competitive quotes. All quotations received by the closing response date may be considered by the Government. QUESTIONS: Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements to Amanda Cordell via email at Amanda.j.cordell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 AM EST on 20 SEPTEMBER 2024. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Questions received by the deadline will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Required Delivery Date: Shipping term shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quote SHALL include shipping cost. Quoting vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://sam.gov/. Quote packages are due by 10:00 AM EST on 21 SEPTEMBER 2024. Late quotes will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that will be of best value to the Government, taking price, past performance, and other factors into consideration. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible quoters. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements in the Performance Work Statement. OKINAWA LNSC OKINAWA SYMMETRA LX 16K UPS UNIT MULTIPLE-YEAR WARRANTY SERVICE STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Background NCTS Far East Detachment Okinawa purchased Schneider Electric Product, Symmetra LX 16K UPS with a oneyear warranty. These units provide protection for electronic equipment from utility power brownouts, sags, and surges; small utility fluctuations and large disturbances. The UPS also provide battery backup power until utility power returns to safe levels or until the batteries are fully discharged allowing connected Servers/Network Equipment to endure for a certain period of time. This warranty will ensure sustained network connectivity to the warfighter and NAVY ONE-Net supported commands. The warranty is scheduled to expire on October 27, 2024. 2. Description ON-SITE Warranty Services for APC, Symmetra high performance Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): . Manufacturer: APC Schneider Electric . Product Description currently installed; . SYARMXR3B3: APC Symmetra LX Extended Run Rack-mount w/ 3 SYBT5, 208V . SYA16K16RMP: APC Symmetra LX 16kVA Scalable to 16kVA N+1 Rack-mount, 208/240V . SYPD11: APC Symmetra LX power distribution panel; (2) L6-30R Warranty Coverage: . Replacement batteries and all necessary labor and materials are covered for the proper operation of the UPS units. . The multiple-year contract will be set for a maximum of 5 years, with extended batteries (APC Symmetra LX Extended Run Rack-mount with 3 SYBT5, 208V, QTY:18) to be included in 5th year. . Coverage includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, travel, and supervision necessary to provide onsite warranty services with the best available response time not to exceed 3 business days. APC UPSs are the only UPS Equipment listed on Navy-authorized ONE-NET APPROVED PRODUCTS LIST. This requirement mandate the use of APC/SE field engineers or certified partners handling with APC genuine replacement parts, to meet ONE-NET security requirements. Period of Performance: 1st YR: 28 October 2024 thru 27 October 2025. 2nd YR: 28 October 2025 thru 27 October 2026. 3rd YR: 28 October 2026 thru 27 October 2027. 4th YR: 28 October 2027 thru 27 October 2028. 5th YR: 28 October 2028 thru 27 October 2029. 3.
