Description

RFQ IS HEREBY AMENDED TO PROVIDE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTED BY DEADLINE. The Vermont Army National Guard has a requirement for 4� x 8� x �� Plywood and 2� x 4� x 8� Lumber.� CLIN 0001:� 4' x 8' x 1/2"" plywood - Quantity of 714 EA CLIN 0002: 2"" x 4"" x 8' heat treated, kiln dried pine/spruce/fir lumber - Quantity of 816 EA� 2� x 4� x 8� lumber must be heat treated, kiln dried, pine/spruce/fir. All wood material must be heat treated or fumigated with methyl bromide and marked in accordance with international standards of phytosanitary measures (ISPM). Further details including Quote Submission Instructions, Quote Format and Contents, and Evaluation Factors for award are contained in the attached document titled W912LN-24-Q-A006, incorporated by reference herein. Also incorporated by reference are W912LN-24-Q-A006 FAR and DFARS Provisions and Clauses and National Guard Bureau Protest Procedures. A CLIN structure table is provided for use in submitting price quotes.
