Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation number is 75H70724Q00140 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a size standard in number of employees 1,000. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be unrestricted. Only one award will result from this solicitation. FOB Destination shall be Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) 21B. Avenue Zuni, New Mexico 87327. SOLICITATION REFERENCE: In accordance with FAR 15.201 Exchanges with Industry before receipt of�proposals, reference Solicitation 75H70724Q00140 when requesting information.� All responses to this solicitation should submit no later than October 03, 2024 by 03:00 PM (MT) to email address, shannon.eldridge-shorty@ihs.gov.
