See attached AMENDMENT 0002 to for Questions and Answers. ______________ See attached AMENDMENT 0001 to extend the closing due date and include Site Visit Information. ______________ See RFQ and attached documents. The C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg. 20, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, has a requirement for a WASP and Slide Preventative Maintenance Services. This solicitation will be unrestricted. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetCert database if applicable (VetCert registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and VetCert information at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and VetCert databases (if applicable). Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.
