2MI0296 U.S. Government seeks office space in Flint, MI General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Michigan City:Flint Delineated Area: N: E/W Vienna Road S: Interstate 69 E: North Saginaw Road & North Dort Rd. route 54 W: N & S Elms Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):6,603 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):7264�������� Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Structured): 27 Full Term:15 years Firm Term:10 years Additional Requirements: -Proposed space cannot be on, or below, the first floor of the building. -Proposed building entrances/exits cannot be located within close proximity (minimum 1,000 walkable feet) of certain locations, which include but are not limited to: A. A Drug-free zone. B. Schools C. Areas where drug activities are prevalent. -Proposed building cannot locate near probation or parole services, drug counseling, rehab, social welfare programs or private law firms representing drug offenders, Federal, state, or local government agencies. -Proposed building or parking facility cannot be within 1,000 feet of agencies of tenants identified above. -Proposed building must accommodate secured parking for official vehicles at this facility. -The space being offered must be able to accommodate a very heavy vault or be able to be modified to accommodate the weight of such vault. -The proposed space shall be contiguous. -Proposed space must be accessible to staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. -Proposed space must not be located above a drive through. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain).
