- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-06. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price award as a result of this solicitation. Request of Quote (RFQ). The Government is soliciting for a quote for the items in the attached Technical Exhibit.� In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer and, consequently, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Therefore, issuance by the Government of an order in response to a supplier's quotation does not establish a contract. The order is an offer by the Government to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions. A contract is established when the supplier accepts the offer. Please see attached solicitation for details.� Ensure to read it in its entirety as there are items required for submission in order to be evaluated.� If required items are not submitted your quote may be excluded from evaluation.�� Due to mission timelines, not extension will be given for this solicitation. No questions are allowed for this solicitation due to mission deadlines.
