- Advertisement � ��� �GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �Delaware City:�� �Wilmington Delineated Area:�� � Begin at the intersection of Jessup Street and Danby Street, the Point of Beginning. Proceed north on Danby Street until you intersect with W 30th Street and then Tatnall Street. From there, turn southwest on Tatnall Street, intersecting with W 18th Street. Continue northwest on W 18th Street to N West Street, and then turn west on N West Street to reach N Park Drive. Travel East on N Park Drive until you reach Glen Avenue, intersecting with North Market Street (US 13).� Cross the bridge over Brandywine Creek on US 13, arriving on South Park Drive. Proceed west on South Park Drive until you reach Washington Street. Then, turn south on Washington Street to West 12th Street. Continue west on West 12th Street to Jefferson Street, then turn south on Jefferson Street to West 11th Street. Move west on West 11th Street to North Adams Street. Turn southwest on North Adams Street to West 4th Street. Travel east on West 4th Street to North Madison Street, and then head south on North Madison Street to West 3rd Street. Open and/or general public parking is not permitted below the building proposed for the Tenant office. ��� �Access to a freight elevator is required on an as-needed basis. ��� �Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. ��� �All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as100-year flood plain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Wilmington, DE, that will be expiring. �The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options.
