Amendment No. 0002, to 697DCK-24-R-00580 for Ground Maintenance Services for Albany, Georgia and Dothan, Alabama area for multiple FAA facilities is being released to: Correct the locations and include line item pricing for Bush Hog Cuts on the Proposal Pricing Sheet; the Revised Proposal Pricing Sheet is included as Attachment J-6R Revised Proposal Pricing Sheet. Incorporate AMS Clause SA23 in Section M. No further changes. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** The purpose of Amendment No. 0001, to solicitation 697DCK-24-R-00580 for Ground Maintenance Services for Albany, Georgia and Dothan, Alabama area for multiple FAA facilities is being released to correct requirements stated in SAM.gov posting, attach a revised SOW,� provide� responses to submitted questions. Documents supporting these revisions are as follows:� Required new Proposal Pricing Form (Attachment J-6) Revised Statement of Work (Attachment J-7) Questions and Repsonse (Attachment J-8)� No further changes. Grounds Maintenance Services for various FAA faciltiies surrounding and including the Albany Air Traffic Control Tower in Albany, Georgia and various FAA facilities surrounding and including the Dothan Air Traffic Control Tower in Dothan, Alabama. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking proposals with the intent to award a ground maintenance services contract at various facillitiies in/around Albany, Georgia including the Albany Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and various facilities in/around Dothan, Alabama, including the Dothan ATCT.� This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 � Landscaping Services. Performance Begins 12/01/2024 for the base year plus four (4) option years.�
