Proposal due date remains unchanged, 18 OCT 2024. **16 SEP 2024 - Added Questions and Answers document to the attachments and links section and updated the PROPSAL DUE DATE to 18 OCT 2024.�� The Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, (AFRL/RX) is soliciting proposals for High-Performance Electromagnetic Spectrum Survivable Materials Advancement�(HELMSSMAN). The primary objective of this program is to research, assess, develop, test, evaluate, prototype, demonstrate, and transition technologies that support Advanced Development Vision Protection Materials and Materials for Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Resilience.
