Description

In accordance with FAR 5.203(a), this is a pre-solicitation notice that serves to�synopsize a planned solicitation. The U.S. Government, represented by the�United States Agency for International Development Mission to Jordan (USAID/Jordan), contemplates issuing a Request for�Qualifications�(RFQ) to award a�contract for implementation of the USAID/Jordan�Water Engineering Services II�(WES II) activity.��The envisioned program anticipates support to the water, wastewater, and environmental sectors by implementing multiple tasks, specific assessments, designs, tendering support, and construction management services, among other activities.� USAID anticipates that the prospective solicitation will be open to qualified Jordanian Architect-Engineer (A-E) Consulting Firms classified as Class 1A by the Government of Jordan (GOJ).�� The solicitation is planned to be released in approximately two weeks from the date of posting this synopsis and will be made available electronically upon its release to�https://www.sam.gov/. ��If a solicitation is issued, all necessary information will be supplied at the time it is posted at�https://www.sam.gov.� Prospective potential Offerors are advised that this pre-solicitation notice is not�a Request for�Qualifications�(RFQ), and does�not�constitute a request for�proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.�Qualifications/Proposals�will not be accepted in response to this notice. This notice in no way obligates the US Government to issue an RFQ/RFP and/or award a contract.� Any solicitation that may result will be subject to internal USAID approvals and the availability of funds.� Questions/requests for information will not be responded to until RFQ issuance.
