PROJECT TITLE: BB Convert 6 West to Private Patient Rooms PROJECT NUMBER: 673-21-149 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CHANGES: Due to hurricane Milton a 2nd site visit is schedule on 10/23/2024 at 10:00 AM. Please contact the COR Healthcare Engineer Kara Chaput at kara.chaput@va.gov. to confirm attendance. The RFIs new due date is 10/31/2024 at 2:00 P.M. Proposal due date is now : 11/25/2024 at 2:00 P.M. Provide a copy of the 1st Site visit sign in sheet.
