Description
The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions & Answers. The Question & Answer period closed on November 12, 2024. The SOLSTICE program aims to develop novel solar-powered and hybrid solar-powered systems with significantly higher power density than existing technologies. The SOLSTICE program consists of the following two (2) Technical Tracks: Track 1 Space-based Energy Conversion Systems: aims to demonstrate improvements over state-of-the art Photovoltaic (PV) energy conversion systems deployed in space. Track 2 Terrestrial surface-based Energy Conversion Systems: aims to demonstrate improvements over-state-of-the art PV power systems deployed in remote terrestrial surface locations.
