- SOURCES SOUGHT/ REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) MISCELLANEOUS COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) CASE(S) FOR THE COUNTRY OF GUATEMALA INTRODUCTION The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential qualified sources with the capabilities and industry technologies to fulfill FMS requirements for miscellaneous communication(s) equipement for the country of Guatemala. The result of this sources sought/request for information (RFI) will help determine the method of procurement should a requirement materialize. Based on responses to this sources sought notice/ RFI, any potential requirement(s) may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made or a single contract award may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered.
