- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is conducting market research on behalf of the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) to identify potential contractors capable of providing brand name BioRad Lab QC Products to VA medical facilities and clinics. The list of required items can be found in Attachment A. The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN s) 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22. VISN 19: Montana, Wyoming, Eastern Idaho, Eastern Nevada, Utah and Colorado. VISN 20: Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. VISN 21: Northern California, Nevada, Hawaii Islands, Philippines Islands, Guam and American Samoa. VISN 22: Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Colorado To be considered a responsive and potential source, interested parties shall provide a capabilities statement containing the following information: Business name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address. Business size, type, and SAM Unique Identifier Number. Identify if they are a manufacturer or distributor of BioRad Lab QC Products. If a distributor, a copy of the distribution agreement they hold with the manufacturer must be provided, showing that they are authorized to take possession of and resell the items with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR). Vendors must be able to provide service for a significant portion of the WSNC catchment area. The vendor shall identify which locations they can service with their existing capabilities. Provide the requested information to Kay Brown and Josh Taylor at kay.brown1@va.gov and Josh Taylor via email at joshua.taylor8@va.gov before 9:00 AM EST on December 20, 2024. All questions must be submitted in writing, no telephonic inquiries will be accepted. This is a sources-sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of verified sources to include qualified SDVOSB/VOSB to perform this potential requirement. Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. There is no solicitation available at this time, and this is not a request for quotes.
