- The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantics intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Inc. for replacing or remanufacturing of the OA-9243A(V)3 ATG. This pre-solicitation notice and notice N6523625Q0121 are for two separate actions. Due to the differing funding appropriations it precludes the combination of these actions.
