- This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02 effective 3 January 2025. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://acquisition.gov. The solicitation W912NR-25-Q-A005 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 722320 - Caterers. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with proposal. The Louisiana Army National Guard 3-156th IN BN has a requirement for boxed Hot meals (Breakfast and Dinner) for their Pre-MOB Annual Training 27 January 2025 - 07 February 2025 delivered to Training Center Pineville, Pineville, La 71360 (27 January-7 February 2025). Timeline 17 January 2025/4:00 p.m. CST. - Deadline for questions/clarification (if applicable) 19 January 2025/ 4:00 9.m. CST-Combined Synopsis/Solicitation closes Location 1140 F Street, Training Center - Pineville, Pineville, LA71360 Submission of Quotes: Offerors shall submit a signed SF 1449(block 30, a,b, and c), completed SCHEDULE OF SERVICE/PRODUCTS(S) and PRICING on, proposed menu and state health inspection report electronically to Contract Specialist, Ms. Reva Johnson at reva.l.johnson3.mil@army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Mrs. Crystal Stiles, crystal.l.stiles2.civ@army.mil. The Government must have received form the offeror a fully compliant quote. The quote is compliant when it conforms to all the requirements, terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the Need Statement.
