Description

Description: (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The contractor is required for the �Interior Painting� services for the offices and real property owned or manages by the U.S. Government of the U.S. Embassy Ankara, T�rkiye. The prices shall include all materials, labor, overhead and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than 5 February 2025. This solicitation will be issued via beta.SAM.gov. No paper copies will be mailed. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the solicitation for the actual date. In accordance with FAR provision 52.207, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register before submitting quotations or proposals. Registration guidelines are available at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp
