- Description
- AGILENT PLATE LOCK SEALER REQ- SHOP-PR-25-001359 PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. Plate Lock Seals The FBI Laboratory Division requires that the all of Agilent robots are using the Agilent Plate Loc sealer to prevent evaporation during the processing of samples as well as preventing contamination of the samples. The Agilent Plate Loc sealer uses two different types of seal: a foil and a clear seal. The foil and clear seal are utilized in the FDDU for different parts of the sample processing steps. In order to keep processing these samples, the FDDU requires the purchasing of the Agilent seal. To avoid potentially voiding that service contract, a certified service engineer from the manufacturer must perform service on the instruments. These seals are compatible with the robots used to process samples. This notice will be distributed solely through the Official U.S. Government System for Contract Opportunities Website, SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
