- SYNOPSIS: NSN 4933-010331503, TOOL, COMBINATION; WSIC: F; IQC: 1000186138; Issue Date: 3/6/25; Closing Date: 4/5/25. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. This procurement will be a Total Small Business Aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required for this procurement. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, not CSI. SPRS apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
