- This is not a Solicitation. This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-01-163-9567, BOLT, MACHINE� LBA/ AH-64D LONGBOW The requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a 1/P item in accordance with the following approved sources and part number: LYNN ELECTRONICS LLC CAGE 19151 P/N 7-211511133-3 ECHELON SUPPLY AND SERVICE, INC. CAGE 61125 P/N 7-211511133-3 AVIBANK MFG, INC., CAGE 84256 P/N 7-211511133-3 THE BOEING COMPANY CAGE 48T42 P/N 7-211511133-3 The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options. Estimated annual demand quantity is 900/each per base year and each option year. This is an Army Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies. Government Production Lot Testing applies. Export Control applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Source is required covering DLA Direct requirements only. Surge requirement may or may not apply. Required delivery is 577 days ARO. This will be a competitively awarded contract and the best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the RFP will not be available to requestors. Electronic offers and offers through DIBBS are unacceptable.
