Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), U.S. National Poultry Research Center has a construction requirement to replace the existing water source heat pump HVAC unit serving the PB4 area with a new unit of the same capacity. The project is located at USDA, ARS, U.S. National Poultry Research Center, 950 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia 30605. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope documents contained in this document. SITE VISIT: A single organized site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday August 15, 2025. See Attachment 1 section L.4 for RSVP instructions and additional information.
