- Packing and Crating: Provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to prepare personal property of military members and civilian employees for packing, containerization, drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage and related services on Fort Drum, NY.Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
