Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24426Q0004. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 1st, 2025, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being competed as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 488490, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is S218, with a business size standard of $18.0 million.
