- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Codes 43170 Reverse Engineering, Science, and Technology for Obsolescence, Restoration, and Evaluation (RESTORE) have a requirement to provide for research, development, simulation, evaluation, and engineering services for manned and unmanned Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) platforms, systems, modeling, simulation, analysis, testing, systems integration, training, technology demonstration, and computer programming to support the sustainment, research, innovation, experimentation and testing of C5ISR systems and capabilities.The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $47 (millions of dollars). *Note: The deadline for submission of questions is 19 November 2025 at 14:00 PST.
