Description

This is a requirement for Six (6), VISN-04, VA Medical Center facilities throughout Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about 10/30/2025. The full solicitation will be Full and Open Market Competition with no set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q301 Medical Reference Laboratory Testing. NOTE: RFQ and all amendments must be signed and returned with quotation submission. Quotes are due no later than 10AM EST on Wednesday November 12, 2025.
