- This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide field feeding.The Contractor shall provide Food Catering Services (non-personal services). The contractor is responsible for providing all material, delivery, setup, and cleanup upon completion of the training event. The vendor is responsible for all fuel and equipment power requirements.
